Best MMA Betting Sites 2026
Know your spinning back fist from your superman punch, but not sure where to find the best MMA odds? That’s where this guide to the best MMA betting sites in the UK comes in.
From a no-weight-classes and few-rules circus, featuring sumo wrestlers and boxers wearing only one glove, the UFC has grown into a heavyweight sporting giant. Moving beyond its fighting-discipline-vs-fighting-discipline origins, the UFC has propelled a new form of combat into the limelight – Mixed Martial Arts.
The best MMA betting sites offer extensive coverage of the major promotions, competitive odds, regular offers, slick, modern features, and more. Saving you the trouble of grappling with subpar alternatives, here we present the Jon Joneses and Conor McGregors of the MMA betting world.

Where to Bet on MMA: Top Sites Reviewed
With my fighting experience limited to a playground scuffle after looking at the classroom lunatic the wrong way, you couldn’t pay me enough money to venture into the Octagon. However, while I favour self-preservation over bravery, I am more than happy to settle down on the sofa for an evening of brutal betting.
Having followed the sport since the days of Randy “The Natural” Couture and Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell, I still can’t throw an effective uppercut, but I have learned what it takes to make a top-class MMA betting site. The following are all well worth considering if you are looking for the best MMA betting sites in the UK:
bet365

Hard to keep out of my top 6 whatever the sport, bet365 stands out as one of the best MMA betting sites.
The excellent coverage earns the first big tick. bet365 offers odds and markets on the UFC, Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki (KSW), Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), Oktagon, Cage Warriors and more. With major UFC events spread relatively thinly, coverage of the lower-tier events is essential to keep the MMA betting juices flowing throughout the year.
The bet365 MMA odds are often among the best available, with typical margins of around 4% for the biggest fights. The choice of markets is typically strong, particularly for UFC fights, where fight winner, points handicap, round betting, method of victory, method of victory/round combo bets, and more are commonly available.
bet365’s enhanced specials are also well worth checking out, with accumulators and same fight combos benefiting from significant boosts - often on the exact bet I was already planning. And if you can’t see precisely what you had in mind, head to the MMA Bet Builder, which is available for many of the headline matchups.
All of the usual bet365 perks apply, including rapidly updating odds in the in-play area, cash-out and partial cash-out, and live streaming options.
Pros
- Great coverage
- Enhanced odds accas
- MMA Bet Builder
- Low margins
Cons
- Lower profile promotions can be limited to betting on the fight winner
- Margins slightly higher for lower-tier events
Betfred

Britain’s largest independent bookmaker has thoroughly earned its “Bonus King” nickname, thanks to deals such as Double Delight, Hattrick Heaven, and treble the odds for a single winner on Lucky 15 bets.
While Betfred’s most famous offers focus on football and horse racing, the Fred Done-owned site is also well worth a look for MMA fans.
When picking out my punts for the latest UFC action, I always check out Betfred’s prop betting options – “both fighters to be knocked down” in a bout between two big hitters being a particular favourite of mine.
Keep an eye out for the Betfred turbo boosts ahead of the biggest sporting events, including the UFC – huge enhancements, e.g. from 2/5 to 11/10, offer exceptional value.
Throw in an outstanding welcome offer (Bet £10 to Get £50 in Free Bets at the time of writing), regular promotions, and free-to-play games, and you have a betting site that falls into the must-have category.
Pros
- Good choice for prop betting
- Superb value Welcome Offer – Bet £10 to get £50 in Free Bets.
- Turbo Boost enhanced odds
- Free-to-play games
Cons
- Advance markets are limited
- No MMA Bet Builder
Spreadex

Spreadex is often the first site I visit when considering an MMA bet. The main reason for this is that it is often one of the first sites to release odds ahead of the biggest events.
To take an example from 2026, two weeks before the big Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett v Benoît “God of War” Saint-Denis showdown, many sites were offering nothing more than the fight winner market. Spreadex, in contrast, had an impressive 61 markets available.
No surprise, the second big selling point of Spreadex is the variety on offer. Focusing on the fixed odds markets, you can bet on method of victory, total rounds, round betting, winning method + round combos, over/under fight minutes, and, if you really want to be specific, over/under fight seconds.
Spreadex cements its place on my list of go-to MMA betting sites with a top-notch, easy-to-use MMA Bet Builder that includes an impressive 14 markets.
If you can’t find anything you like in the fixed odds markets, you can switch to the spread betting screen with just one click. Exciting and volatile in equal measure, spread betting can be particularly rewarding if you get it right.
Pros
- Unique MMA spread betting markets
- Excellent range of markets
- One of the first to release prices
- Brilliant Welcome Offer – Bet £10 to Get £60 in Free Bets
Cons
- Spread betting is more volatile than fixed odds betting
- Detailed layout can take a little getting used to
talkSPORT BET

Home to some of the most entertaining sports analysis on the airwaves, talkSPORT has an equally excellent betting site - I regularly find myself listening to the latest musings of Ally McCoist or Simon Jordan while checking out the odds and offers on talkSPORT BET.
Like Spreadex, talkSPORT BET is nice and early to market with the latest MMA odds, offering a variety of wagers well in advance of the biggest fights. You can bet on the usual fight winner, method of victory, and rounds, plus a decent selection of over/under markets.
The talkSPORT Lucky Dip MMA bet is another interesting feature. Taking all the thinking out of it, this fun punt randomly selects a method of victory or round of victory combo. A Lucky Dip punt often adds a dose of small-stakes fun to a night in front of the TV with my MMA-loving mates.
Don’t miss the talkSPORT Bet sign-up deal – click any of our links to access the Bet £10 to Get £30 in Free Bets Welcome Offer. Last but not least, the talkSPORT Bet iOS App is well worth its 4.8 rating on the App Store – perfect for placing those bets from the comfort of the sofa.
Pros
- Excellent iOS app
- Release prices early
- Solid sign-up deal
- Lucky Dip Bet
Cons
- Limited coverage of smaller promotions
- No MMA Bet Builder
10Bet

While you can’t cash in style, good looks never hurt a betting site, and 10Bet is one of the best-looking and most distinctive around. It seems I am not alone in enjoying the slick graphics, as 10Bet won Fresh Awards for design and branding in 2019.
10Bet is one of my top choices if I fancy a few fighters on the card. Singles betting offers solid value, but successful accas containing 3+ selections qualify for a knockout winnings boost of up to 100%.
If, like me, you appreciate a good bonus, 10Bet offers a 100% matched deposit of up to £50. And the fun doesn’t stop there – staking £75 on sport earns you a £10 Free Bet. Even better, you can claim this offer up to 10 times.
Pros
- Excellent coverage of UFC and smaller promotions including Oktagon
- Up to £50 in Bonus Funds for new players
- Acca Boosts up to 100%
- Free Bet Offers
Cons
- Fewer props than some competitors
- No MMA Bet Builder
Ladbrokes

One of the most famous names in British betting history, you can’t go wrong with Ladbrokes. Having first opened an account with the Magic Sign as an excitable eighteen-year-old, I have now been logging in for 25 years.
With so much competition, it takes a special site to stand that test of time. So, what makes Ladbrokes so good?
Firstly, the odds are highly competitive. When plugging the latest UFC fight winner odds into my betting margin calculator, most fights come out in the 4.5-5.5% range – representing rock-solid value.
While excellent across the MMA board, I most commonly head to Ladbrokes if I am looking to support a submission specialist. Whereas some sites group KO, TKO, and submission together in the method of victory market, Ladbrokes also list individual odds for a fighter to win specifically by submission. Find the right fight, and this market can offer excellent value.
Further perks arrive in the shape of the rewarding Bet £5 to Get £30 in Free Bets welcome offer (click any of our Ladbrokes links to grab your free bets), enhanced odds MMA specials, and daily free-to-play promotions.
Pros
- Competitive odds
- Enhanced specials
- Great value welcome offer
- Free-to-play games
Cons
- No MMA Bet Builder
- Layout could be clearer
Popular MMA Betting Types and Markets
If you aren’t familiar with MMA, you might think there isn’t much to bet on beyond who will win the fight. However, there is a lot more going on in the betting octagon. Head to one of our top UK MMA betting sites, and you can expect to find the following markets:
- Fight Winner - Number one on the list is the simple who-will-win-punt: Fighter A, Fighter B, or Draw.
- Method of Victory - In addition to choosing your winner, this market asks you to predict how they will win, e.g. Conor McGregor by KO/TKO or submission, or Paddy Pimblett by decision.
- Round Betting - Predict the round in which a fighter will win, e.g. Justin Gaethje in Round 3.
- Round and Method of Victory - This bet combines the first three wager types on this list. Here you must predict who will win, when they will win, and how they will win. Tricky, but the odds can be rewarding.
- Total Rounds Over/Under - Will the fight last over or under the listed number of rounds, e.g. over/under 2.5 rounds?
- Fight Goes the Distance - Will the fight go the distance and require the use of the judges’ scorecards? This is a simple yes-or-no wager.
- Prop Betting - Interesting prop bets include “Both Fighters to be Knocked Down” and “Fighter to Win After Being Knocked Down”.
- Bet Builder - Born as a football punt, the Bet Builder is now branching out into other sports, including MMA. A Bet Builder lets you create your own bet from a list of options.
Best MMA Betting Offers & Free Bets
With the UFC leading the way, MMA is the fastest-growing new sport of the 21st century, with millions of fans around the world.
A big deal with spectators, MMA is also generating rapidly increasing levels of betting turnover. Keen to ensure you choose their site over the rest, the best MMA bookies offer an array of added value promotions, including Odds Boosts, Acca Bonuses, Free Bet Promos, and Cash Back incentives.
MMA Betting Strategies
Here are a couple of strategies to consider when betting on MMA:
Heavyweights = Knockouts
While there is a fair degree of skill and timing to delivering a knockout blow, it undoubtedly helps to have substantial weight behind the punch. That logic is backed up by the stats. Historically, close to 25% of flyweight fights have ended in a KO/TKO. This rises steadily throughout the weight divisions, reaching 37-38% at middleweight and 51-52% at heavyweight.
The betting strategy to take from this information relates to the method of victory market. Say, for example, I fancy a big-punching heavyweight to win. Rather than rushing straight to the fight winner market, I prefer to take the extra juice in the “to win by KO/TKO” market. If my fighter wins, it will most likely be via stoppage – many times my whole reason for backing him will be due to his knockout power.
The difference in price between the fight winner and method of victory market varies from fight to fight. Examples from my records include 4/6 vs 6/5 and 5/4 vs 2/1. At 4/6 you need to be correct 60% of the time just to break even; at 6/5 that drops to 45.45%. While you will need to judge each fight on its merits, focusing on the most likely path to victory can help your betting balance in the long run.
The In-Play Wrestlers Strategy
Another strategy that can regularly throw up excellent value bets comes in classic striker vs wrestler matchups. The ideal set-up here is a fight in which the cardio advantage lies with the wrestler – which it often does in MMA.
With the set-up in place, we need to be ready to act if the striker wins the first round. Aware that they are at a cardio disadvantage, strikers often land enough blows to win the first round and affect the betting odds. Strikes always look impactful, and a wrestler on the receiving end will often see their odds drift. But is the talented grappler really hurt? If you believe the answer to this is no, you may have found a betting opportunity.
If clearly not significantly hurt, the time to back the wrestler is at the end of the first round, as long as his price has drifted from the pre-fight price. If that price is odds against, so much the better.
With fatigue setting in the later rounds, the wrestler is more likely to pick up points via sustained control, setting the platform for a comeback points win or submission finish.
