Best Snooker Betting Sites 2026
The level of detail that bookmakers delve into with their snooker betting is a very mixed bag indeed; if you want to wager on the action on the green baize, it makes sense to bet with those that offer a wide range of markets for the majors and the ‘lesser’ tournaments alike.
And that’s the inspiration behind this article: connecting you with the leading UK licensed snooker betting sites that you can join today.
Top 10 Snooker Betting Sites June 2026
Where to Bet on Snooker: Top Sites Reviewed
As a keen snooker punter myself, I’ve taken a long time to really nail down the best betting sites for snooker.
But I’ve been able to compile a list of bookies that provide competitive snooker odds, deep market coverage and other perks to enhance the snooker betting experience.
BetVictor

You would expect all betting sites to offer odds for the snooker majors, like the World Championship, UK Championship and The Masters.
But not all bookmakers offer prices for the lower-ranked action, such as the Championship League. And when they do, it’s often match winner odds only.
So this is why I recommend BetVictor. They go deep with their coverage of all events on the World Snooker Tour and beyond, with frame-by-frame, high break and century breaks being just some of the options offered.
BetVictor even offers a bet builder tool for snooker… that’s still something of a rarity amongst mainstream betting sites.
Pros
- Deep market coverage
- Competitive pricing
- Snooker bet builders
- Useful stats module – current form, head to head records etc
Cons
- Not the best-looking site/app
- General lack of live streaming
BetMGM

BetMGM is another snooker betting site that offers more markets and options than most others.
They price up the majors month in advance, as well as delving deep into the latest WST tournaments and events on other circuits.
Their coverage of the Championship League, for example, is outstanding; on a par with BetVictor when it comes to the sheer diversity of betting options available.
Arguably, BetMGM leads the way as it offers a smoother user experience, with easier navigation and a more aesthetically pleasing website/app.
Pros
- Incredible market detail
- Low snooker betting margins
- Slick and modern website/app
- Daily free play game that can deliver free bets, profit boosts etc
Cons
- Not always the quickest for withdrawals
- Minimum deposit £10, rather than £5
Betfred

Betfred is a particularly strong snooker bookmaker in and around the majors, with price boosts and special promotions for the World Championship, Masters and so on.
They’re also excellent for in-play betting: frame winner, first red potted, first colour potted and break 50+ (yes or no) are just some of the unique options available.
For my money, Betfred is still one of the best UK betting sites for football and horse racing as well, so if you like to wager on a variety of sports then this is a solid choice – there’s more than a dozen different promotions to choose from to help you get up and running.
Pros
- Impressive in-play detail
- Price boosts and other promos for the majors
- More than a dozen promotions to claim
- Excellent all-round bookmaker
Cons
- No PayPal or Google Pay support
- Some notable sports absent
Star Sports

If you bet frequently on tournament winner outrights, I recommend Star Sports.
Generally competitively priced, they also offer their Star Boosts. And these aren’t enhanced odds offers on any old rubbish: you’ll find players with a genuine chance of winning trophies available here at boosted prices that are better value than most of their rivals.
The team behind Star Sports pride themselves on not limiting their customers; you won’t be penalised for winning regularly here.
Pros
- Deep pre-match and in-play coverage
- Star Boosts on genuine title contenders
- Simple website design (no bad thing)
- Don’t limit winners
Cons
- PayPal and Apple Pay not supported
- Slow withdrawals
Coral

Coral is a bastion of the UK betting scene… and their snooker betting section stands up to scrutiny.
I really like their season-long specials, which afford you the chance to bet on any player to win two of three Triple Crown events in that season – or even all three, if you’re feeling particularly adventurous.
I’m also a big fan of their presentation of live games. As well as plentiful live streaming, you can instead opt for a graphics feed instead – this offers one-click access to a range of stats that include highest break, shots taken and 50/100+ breaks.
Pros
- One of the most competitively priced mainstream bookies
- Great presentation of live snooker
- Dozens of different promotions
- Coral Rewards loyalty scheme
Cons
- Debit card withdrawals can take 24 hours or longer
- PayPal minimum deposit £10
LiveScoreBet

Something now for the snooker acca backers.
Although this is subject to change moving forward, at the time of writing LiveScoreBet offers a fantastic promotion: place four £5+ accas in a week and get a £5 acca free bet.
LiveScoreBet offers the full range of promos you’d expect from a major player in the industry, as well as adding value in other ways: extensive market depth, with dozens of snooker bet types available, plus live streaming and access to constantly updated data feeds.
Pros
- Excellent promotions
- Live streaming of many snooker events throughout the year
- Dozens of different bet types
- £5 minimum deposit
Cons
- No Google Pay or bank transfer
- Best Odds Guaranteed not available
Popular Snooker Betting Types and Markets
There are dozens of pre-match and in-play betting markets available for snooker, as well as the outright tournament winner and name the finalist style options.
Here’s a look at a selection of the most popular snooker betting options:
- Match Winner - The most fundamental of the snooker betting markets is match winner, where your objective is to simply predict who will win the contest.
- Frame Handicap - We can also back an underdog with a plus-frame handicap, or the favourite with a minus-frame handicap, e.g. Ronnie O’Sullivan +2.5 against Judd Trump. The handicap is applied to the final scoreline to produce a hypothetical result on which bets are settled.
- Most 180s - Which of the players will throw the most 180s in the game?
- Correct Score - Predict what the final score will be. The shorter the format, the fewer outcomes there can be – i.e. best-of-seven has fewer possible scorelines than best-of-19 matches.
- First Frame Winner - Who will get off to the strongest possible start?
- Highest Break - There are a few different betting options for highest break. Who will make the biggest break of the match? And what will it be – several ‘over’ and ‘under’ lines are provided.
- Total Breaks - The best snooker betting sites provide odds for how many breaks of 50+ or 100+ will be made during a game.
- Next Frame Betting - One of the most popular ways to bet on snooker is in-play, where a host of different betting markets are made available. Many of those relate to the next frame played; frame winner, highest break, who will pot the first ball and so on.
Best Snooker Betting Offers & Free Bets
Some of the best bookmakers for snooker betting are those that give their customers a little extra back in the form of free bets, promotions and loyalty-style clubs.
I’ve dug out what I consider to be the most value-adding snooker betting offers that you can claim today:
Snooker Betting Strategies
Many of us are on the lookout for betting strategies that deliver consistent ongoing success.
Of course, these are hard to come by… especially in an age when the bookmakers’ betting margins are being tightened.
But, even so, there are a few ways that we can potentially improve our snooker betting.
Strategy #1: Consider the Underdogs in Short Frame Games
Although the World Snooker Tour (WST) continues to chop and change its formats, there are still countless tournaments that start out, at least, as the best-of-seven frames.
It’s one of the oldest tricks in the book: the shorter the format, the more likely it is that the underdog will prevail.
That’s because the longer format matches give the better player more time to show their class, which is perhaps why there are rarely shocks in the final rounds of the World Championship, for example.
With the Snooker Shootout, for example, surprise winners are the norm; only twice has a Triple Crown event winner won the one-frame spectacle dating back to 2011.
Of course, it’s no good blindly backing underdogs. Look for those that have shown improvements in form lately, and who perhaps have a decent head-to-head record against the opponent in question.
Strategy #2: Wait to Bet In Play
It’s true in many sports that the best of the betting value can sometimes be found in play; snooker is no different.
The multi-session matches often have momentum swings, and these can be an excellent vehicle for betting – back a player that is behind in the hope that they can turn things around in the next session.
Sometimes, the bookmakers overestimate an early lead in long format games. In a best-of-19 contest, is it the end of the world for the favourite to go 0-3 down? Not really, but the bookies will lengthen their odds accordingly.
There can be other opportunities to strike in play. Analysing the stats and seeing whose long pot success rate is high can be an angle to follow in frames where their opponent is breaking off.
How often do we see it off the break nowadays that the player leaves a potable red on; a gift which is gratefully received by their opponent? So, when a long potting machine is second to play, backing them to sink the first ball of that frame can be a useful strategy to follow.
Of course, it’s not an exact science. But even if they miss the opening long pot or end up playing safe, your bet remains alive until that first ball is powered into the pocket.
Snooker Betting FAQs
You can bet on dozens of different snooker markets. Simply choose your bookmaker and browse their selection of tournaments and matches. Click on any of the odds that tickle your fancy to add them to your betslip.
Pretty much every UK licensed betting site will have a snooker section dedicated to the action on the green baize. If this is your sport of choice, use any of the bookmakers detailed in this guide for the best possible experience.
A handicap adds frames or takes them away from a player’s score. So, if Ronnie O’Sullivan beats John Higgins 10-6 and you’ve backed the Rocket with a -3.5 handicap, your bet will land – take 3.5 from ten and you get 6.5, which still beats Higgins’ score.
A century break is when a player racks up 100 or more points in a single visit to the table. All of the best snooker betting sites offer century break markets for most games that they cover.
When a frame comes to a stalemate and the players call a re-rack, any bets placed on roll over to the ‘new’ frame, unless they have been settled already.
Not every bookmaker offers their bet builder tool for snooker, but some do – typically for the majors like the World Championship, UK Championship etc
Yes, you can. In fact, the majority of UK betting sites offer live streaming of snooker events ranging from the Championship League right through to the World Championship.
Although the 147 break market isn’t available at every tournament, the leading bookmakers do offer maximum break options for the majors – will there be a 147? How many 147s will there be? Which player will complete the perfect frame?
