PricedUp Summary
Although a relative newcomer to the UK sports betting scene, having been launched in 2024, PricedUp has made headway thanks to their competitive odds – especially in horse racing – and Price Boosts promotion. They offer considerable coverage of the Premier League too, as well as some live streaming (including all UK and Irish horse racing).
Who are PricedUp?
PricedUp is owned and operated by Off Course Bookmakers Ltd, who have been doing exactly that since the 1980s. PricedUp, launched in 2024, is their first foray into the world of online betting.
This is a firm best known for their Price Boosts promotion, which sees all sorts of markets boosted – on the day of writing this article, there were more than 30 boosts available across football, horse racing, basketball and American football.
With margins of around 7%, PricedUp’s standard odds are competitive, with their platform bolstered by the presence of in-play betting and live streaming both on desktop and the dedicated iOS and Android apps.
Their promotions page is packed with content but features very few promotions, which is a shame, but that’s a rare dampener on a brand that has otherwise entered the UK market with aplomb.
Are PricedUp’s Odds Any Good?
As noted already, a general margin of 7% is not bad by any means; that’s roughly what you’d expect from an established bookmaker, albeit ‘soft’ books will be lower than that.
We examined their odds across a stack of games in the ‘big five’ leagues (Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1), and were not surprised with what we found. Their prices were good but rarely industry best… a point or two down on the market leaders.
Their real strength is horse racing, where their margins were low and they frequently found themselves amongst the market best – in one race at Stratford, they were best price or next best for four of the five runners!
Mildly competitive in tennis, cricket, golf and a few other sports we tested, it’s horse racing punters that will find the best of the value with PricedUp.

Everyone’s idea of ‘good value’ is different.
There are better welcome bonuses out there than the one offered by PricedUp, which equates to £20 in free bets when you deposit/bet £40.

Football Betting
Let’s start with the positives when it comes to PricedUp’s football offering, of which there are plenty.
Their coverage of Premier League games is extensive, to say the least. Click the ‘all markets’ tab on an EPL game and you’ll be scrolling for some time, taking in all of the standard bet types you’d expect alongside Asian handicaps (not all bookmakers offer these remember) and one of the most in-depth sets of player props you’ll see; ranging from goals to shots, fouls and even goalkeeper saves.
You can build-a-bet from scratch or use the pre-built ‘popular’ options, with cash out offered on these – not the case with all bookies – and standard single and multiple bets. Many of the key markets are kept live for in-play games, too.
We’d like to see more live streamed games from recognised leagues and competitions, but PricedUp does provide a nice graphic/stats feed to help clue you in on how a match is playing out.
Horse Racing Betting
Horse racing is probably the jewel in PricedUp’s crown, with very competitive odds and live streaming of all UK and Irish meetings.
The racecard is nicely set out with useful information, including weights, ages and form lines, while a snippet of text – their ‘race overview’ – offers insight into how the race might be won and the key horses to look out for.
PricedUp also shows odds movements in real time, so you can see shorteners and drifters, which – allied to their competitive pricing – is a key feature of the service.
It’s not without limitations though, including the absence of Best Odds Guaranteed or any other promotions you might expect, such as Money Back as a Free Bet if Second to the SP Favourite. This is one area in which PricedUp could vastly improve.
However, they’ve set their stall out to be highly competitive in their lines, which – allied to their Price Boosts – will be plenty enough reason for many punters to get involved.
Sports Betting
PricedUp only has a generic odds feed for other sports, so the service can best be described as ‘standard’ beyond football and horse racing.
I counted 22 sports available, which is far from exhaustive, with esports and table tennis amongst the most notable absentees.
There’s no promotions either, remember, while margins remain at around the 7% mark across the sporting spectrum.
The good news is that PricedUp does incorporate a number of sports within their Price Boosts promo, while live streaming is available for basketball, volleyball, tennis and some other sports – although more could be added.

For a modern bookmaker, it’s bizarre not to see PayPal, Apple Pay and the like on the list of approved methods.
We tested PricedUp out and our Visa withdrawal was completed in approximately 30 minutes, so while not the fastest most punters won’t grumble at this sort of timeframe.
