Who are LiveScore Bet?

LiveScore launched in 1998 and quickly became the go-to site for live scores across football, tennis, and more. LiveScore was purchased by British gambling company Gamesys in 2017 before demerging to become part of the new Anzo Group in 2019, alongside Virgin Bet.

LiveScore Bet then hit the UK market in 2021 and quickly gained a significant following. Already one of the more impressive new betting sites, it took another leap forward when migrating to the Kambi platform in 2024. In 2026, the Anzo Group consists of LiveScore, LiveScore Bet, and Virgin Bet.

Are LiveScore Bet’s odds any good?

Writing this review in the period between the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the start of the domestic season, I used the opening round of Premier League fixtures for my first odds test. Looking at the match result market, the LiveScore Bet odds had an average overround of 8.62%. This was behind the average overround of three randomly selected competitors – bet365 (7.62%), Spreadex (6.92%), and BetVictor (7.51%). Not terrible by any means, but it could do better. Note, for all four sites the overround was higher than you would expect during the season, as firms are always a little cautious with their pricing at this time of year.

The daily horse racing markets returned a similar result. Looking at a Monday afternoon card from Ayr, the LiveScore Bet odds were broadly in line with the competition, but outright or joint-best market prices were pretty thin on the ground. The ante-post markets were a little better. Analysing the three Group 1 contests at the Qatar Goodwood Festival, LiveScore Bet offered an outright or joint-best market price on at least two runners in all three races, including an excellent six of ten runners in the Nassau Stakes.

Is the LiveScore Bet welcome offer good value?

The LiveScore Bet welcome offer gives you £30 in Free Bets for placing a £10 qualifying bet. There are a couple of things I like about this deal.

Firstly, a minimum odds requirement of 1/2 (1.50) is more generous than the Evs (2.00) requirement you will see at a few other sites. This lower requirement increases the chance that you can back a winner with your qualifying bet – always a good place to start.

Secondly, as a big Bet Builder fan, I liked the make-up of the Free Bet package, which consists of 2 x £10 Free Bets to use on any sportsbook market and 2 x £5 Free Bet Builder Bets.

Compared to similar Bet £10 deals on the market, the £30 in Free Bets is more than the £10 in Free Bets of Quick Bet, Kwiff, and others, but less than Spreadex (£60 in Free Bets) and Betfred (£50 in Free Bets).

Football Betting

The LiveScore Bet football odds may not be quite at the top of the tree. However, the site offers more than enough to make up for a percentage point or so in overround.

Few, if any, sites can better LiveScore Bet in terms of global coverage. Clicking through to the Leagues & Competitions menu reveals around 150 competitions from 49 nations. Whether you fancy a bet on the Premier League, La Liga, or the Finnish Kakkonen Lohka A, LiveScore Bet has you covered.

Market coverage is similarly impressive, particularly for major leagues such as the English Premier League, La Liga, and the Bundesliga. You can expect to find over 100 markets, ranging from traditional options, such as Match Result and Goals, to player stats, cards, corners, handicaps, and more.

Many of these markets are available in the slick Bet Builder, which lets you perm selections from the same game to create a bespoke punt.

The in-play area is another big selling point. Boasting a clean, uncluttered interface and rapidly updating odds, it can’t quite match the in-play options of bet365 but is still one of the more comprehensive on the market. At the time of review, games from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Iceland, and Paraguay were available to watch via the LiveScore Bet streaming service.

Finally, the football promotions elevate LiveScore Bet into the must-have category. Customers can get a range of regular perks, including:

• Sub Payout - If your player is taken off, your bet rolls over onto his replacement. Available for all player-based markets, goals, shots, cards, etc. in selected games
• 2Up - Get paid as a winner if your team goes two goals ahead at any stage of the game, regardless of the final score.
• VAR Payout - Get paid as a winner if your player scores but has the effort ruled out by VAR. Applies to single, multiple, and bet builder bets.

Horse Racing Betting

When picking out a horse racing betting site, two of my non-negotiables are Live Streaming and Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG) – if I have a bet, I want to watch my noble steed in action, and I don’t want to feel short-changed if my selection drifts and wins.

LiveScore Bet ticks the live streaming and BOG boxes. Anyone with a funded account can watch all UK, Irish, US, French, and South African racing, plus selected meetings from other nations.

Best Odds Guaranteed is no longer an automatic feature at LiveScore Bet, which is a shame. To qualify, you must have staked £25 or more (all sports count) over the previous rolling seven-day period.

The racecard presentation is a cut above many competitors. Each race comes with the usual trainer, jockey, form, and colours info, which you can expand to reveal the runner's pedigree, official rating, days since last run, colour, and sex. All UK and Irish races offer summaries of each runner and an overall verdict from the Racing Post.

The pick of the racing-specific perks are the daily extra place races, and the excellent Money Back As A Free Bet if your horse finishes 2nd, 3rd, or 4th. While only available on selected races, this is a not-to-be-missed deal for regular racing punters.

Sports Betting

The LiveScore Bet sports menu contains 35 sports and events, including all the US sports, seven e-sports, and more niche options such as chess, winter sports, and even wrestling if you fancy a punt on the latest Royal Rumble or SummerSlam.

LiveScore Bet is a solid option across all sports but particularly shines in the areas of tennis and darts.

The site comfortably earned a spot in my Best Tennis Betting Sites 2026 article. Highlights include a slick in-play area complete with live streaming for many events, comprehensive coverage, and the lesser-spotted tennis Bet Builder.

Darts punters can access markets for all the major events, including the Premier League and PDC World Championship, plus smaller competitions like the Modus Super Series. LiveScore Bet is a real haven for Bet Builder fans. The darts version lets you combine selections from 14 markets, including match odds, most 180s, and highest checkout.

LiveScore Bet also has an excellent darts-specific promo. Available for all events shown live on Sky Sports and ITV, “The Big Fish” will pay you out as a winner if your player hits a 170 checkout, irrespective of whether they win the match.
