Premier League Treble - Sun 6th Oct
With European games taking place during midweek, we have a bumper Sunday schedule in the Premier League, with four games to look forward to. With some big names playing on this day, it is likely that most of the betting action will take place on Sunday, and that is certainly the case for us. We have put together a treble for Sunday afternoon, using fancies from three of the four games taking place.
Here is what we fancy this weekend in our Premier League treble.
Manchester City vs Wolves
City look set to dominate many games again this season, you only have to look back at their Premier League goal scoring record so far to see that, they have put the ball in the net 27 times from just seven games. They scored eight against Watford a couple of weeks ago, with six different players getting on the score sheet including Sergio Aguero, who is likely to lead the line for them again in this game.
There is little value in backing Manchester City in most games, especially when they are at home and this is where punters need to be a little more creative with their bets. Our bet for this game is Manchester City to score in both halves, which is available at 10/19. We fancy them to win this one, but we also fancy them to score multiple goals, at least one in each half will see this bet come in for us.
Arsenal vs Bournemouth
If there is one game that looks as though it will be wide open and full of scoring chances on Sunday then it is this one. Bournemouth have seen 71% of their games have four goals or more, while Arsenal have seen 57% of theirs do the same. The last time Arsenal played at home they won 3-2 against Aston Villa, while Bournemouth’s last away game resulted in a 3-1 victory.
Arsenal love to attack teams and play football, they have a class advantage over Bournemouth so they should be able to do that here. However, the away side will certainly come and give it a go, they are not known for sitting back and trying to defend, those two together give us a recipe for what should be a great game.

Newcastle vs Manchester United
It doesn’t matter where you are in the world, you will have heard of the problems that Manchester United are having right now. They come here on the back of a 0-0 draw in Europe on Thursday, a 1-1 draw with Arsenal on Monday and they have drawn three of their seven Premier League games so far. Add to that the fact they have not won an away game since March and it's clear all is not well at Ole's united.

Newcastle are in the relegation zone and not playing too well, but they have drawn their last two home games and will fancy their chances of picking another up against a United team that look devoid of any confidence right now.
