Premier League Treble - 16th &17th Feb
The second part of the Premier League winter break is in effect this weekend so we only have six games to look forward to. All are on TV though, which is good news for fans who like to watch at home and for our treble it is the games played on Sunday and Monday that we take a look at.
Aston Villa vs Tottenham – Sunday 2pm
Villa are down at the bottom of the Premier League and needing points to survive, while Spurs are hoping to rediscover some form and kick on between now and the end of the season. Despite losing Harry Kane, Tottenham come here on the back of two wins against Norwich and Manchester City, so confidence in the camp should be a little higher.
One thing you often get with Villa games is a wide-open feel to them and attacking play, something that forms the basis of our bet in this one. We are backing both teams to score here, something that has happened in the last five Aston Villa games. Spurs are playing well and look the most likely winners, but don’t discount Villa getting on the score sheet.

Arsenal vs Newcastle – Sunday 4:30pm
These two are both draw specialists at the moment, Arsenal come here on the back of four consecutive league draws while Newcastle have drawn three out of their last four. One thing both have in common though is a lack of goals.
Four of the last five Arsenal games have had two goals or less in them. Three of the last four Newcastle games have had the same. Both have the ability to keep things tight, but are lacking the confidence to really go an win games at the moment. For that reason, we are going to bet under 2.5 goals here in what should be a really tight affair that could go either way.

Chelsea vs Manchester United – Monday 8pm
The final game of the weekend could well be the biggest with Manchester United heading to Stamford Bridge. It is fair to say that neither team come here at their best right now, but Manchester United have especially been struggling in the Premier League.
United have not scored in four of their last five games, with Burnley and Wolves keeping them off the score sheet in their last two Premier League fixtures. Chelsea are not quite at the races themselves, but in a far better position than United are right now and for that reason we are backing them to win this.
