Premier League Treble 19th & 20th October
After a week off for the international fixtures, Premier League football is back this weekend, with games across Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The highlight of the weekend is the only game we have on Sunday, with Liverpool travelling to Old Trafford to face their big rivals Manchester United. Here is a look at three games that take our fancy this weekend.
Bournemouth vs Norwich – Saturday 3pm
These two teams like to be involved in games with goals, and the stats back that up. Every single one of Norwich’s eight games so far have had two goals or more, while seven out of eight games that Bournemouth have been involved in have had the same. They like to attack and play open football and that should lead us to having a free-flowing game here with plenty of goals.
As far as the actual teams go, Bournemouth are by far the better side. While Norwich are showing willingness and a great attitude so far, they lack the class to compete with most of the Premier League and that includes mid-table teams like Bournemouth.
We are combining both of the above to back Bournemouth to win here and over 1.5 goals in the game. It would be no surprise to see both score, but ultimately, Bournemouth have the class to pull away from Norwich in this one.

Leicester vs Burnley – Saturday 3pm
Leicester were beaten at Liverpool in their final game before the international break but performed with great credit at Anfield and were unlucky to come away with nothing from that game. Of their eight games so far they have lost just two, both away from home and they appear to have a genuine chance of making the top six and displacing one of the bigger teams.
Burnley are also performing well, they too have only last two games to put them up in 7th going into the weekend, far better than most were expecting. They thrive on being hard to beat and difficult to break down, but when they come up against a real heavyweight of the league this is usually something that is undone.
That is exactly what will happen on Saturday, Leicester are too good for Burnley in this one and we are backing them to win on the half time/full time market, which means they need to be winning the match at both half and full time. We fancy Leicester to grab an early goal and control the game throughout.

Manchester United vs Liverpool – Sunday 4:30pm
The only game on Sunday in the Premier League but one that promises to be a cracker. Liverpool come here as big favourites, something we rarely see in this fixture and this could well be the shortest price we have seen either of these at to pick up an away win in this game.
With David De Gea and Paul Pogba both already ruled out and further injuries elsewhere, this is going to be a tough ask for United, who are already beginning to feel the pressure of their poor start.
They have only managed to win two games so far this season and before the international break they were beaten by lowly Newcastle.
For Liverpool, the feeling is quite the opposite as they come here on top of the world and at the top of the Premier League. They are yet to drop a point with eight wins from eight games, and with the team that United look set to put out, you can’t help but fancy them to make it nine out of nine on Sunday.
