Football Acca Insurance
Probably one of the best known offers to all punters is the good old “Money back as a free bet if one leg of your accumulator lets you down”, and as guys who have worked at firms running this offer we know exactly how many bets lose by just one selection, and how much £££ this costs the bookies in free bets! Therefore it’s not surprising that many have now stopped offering Acca Insurance altogether. However, there are a handful of firms still offering this and if you are a football accumulator punter then you will want to take note and make sure you are getting your money back whenever possible when one result lets you down.

Who’s the best?
Ladbrokes currently has the best Football Acca Insurance offer on the market as they offer refunds on bets with the least amount of selections, the lowest minimum odds per leg, and up to a competitive amount of £25. It’s also worth noting that football matches from ANY league in the world will count here (watch out for other firms, not listed here, that may restrict this offer to football matches from only certain leagues).
The Dafabet offer is also very good if you place accumulators with 6 or more selections, as the cumulative odds required here are the lowest you will find, at just under 2/1 (3.0), and returns up to a generous £30 free bet if that one pesky result lets you down.
Using the Ladbrokes terms as in our table, let’s say we place a £25 accumulator on:
Chelsea v Bournemouth - Chelsea @ 2/9
Everton v Leicester - Leicester @ 19/10
Newcastle v Burnley - Draw @ 2/1
Southampton v Brighton - Southampton @ 3/4
Tottenham v Man Utd – Man Utd @ 12/5
If all 5 selections win we pocket a cool £1581.71 (yes please!), however let’s say only 4 win and Spurs and United ends in a draw, ordinarily this would be a losing bet, but with acca insurance you would get your money back as a free bet.
